NW Mining & Civil are seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator for a permanent role with our client based out of their Yatala depot, servicing sites throughout SEQ.
Our client is a leader in the tower crane and materials handling industries, servicing clients throughout SE QLD and northern NSW. As we support them to provide skilled labour to their valued clients, you will be joining a team that values safety, reliability, innovation and career progression.
Based out of the Yatala yard and starting ASAP, you will be part of the mobile crane department, assisting with the erection & dismantling of our client’s tower cranes in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
Experience in a similar role is essential,
and it’s important that you have driven heavy equipment in the CBD in order to be able to understand & comply with TMR requirements relating to services layouts and lift studies.
Along with the above skill set, the right person will possess the following:
- 3+ years of mobile crane operating experience
- Experience driving mobile cranes in CBD areas
- HR drivers licence
- Open Crane (C0) high risk work licence
- Be quality focused with solid attention to detail
- Be calm under pressure and solution oriented
This is a Monday to Friday role, with Saturdays usually also required based on workload.
A permanent hourly pay rate of $55/hr plus penalties is on offer, working 8-12hr shifts averaging 10 hours per day.
