Permanent Part - time (with potential to move to Full time)

An established privately owned SpecialistPracticein Oran Park requires an experienced permanent part time Medical Receptionist to complement their growing team.

The practiceis dedicated to providing high quality health care to their patients. Applicants must be available a minimum of 16 hrs per week and be able to provide additional cover when needed on other days for planned or urgent relief. IE: Sickness, Annual Leave etc

The successful applicantwill be professional and have a commitment to patient care. This role will involve assisting patients both in person and by phone,supporting the specialist team as well as various routine administrative tasks.

Although there is some self-direction, the successful applicant must be able to follow direction, adhere to the practice policy and procedures, and work well in a team environment.





You must also have impeccable customer service skills with previous work experience demonstrating that you are dependable, friendly, and professional in manner, work ethicand appearance at all times.

MUST have Medical Reception/Administration experience.

Must have experience in Genie/Gentu Practice Management or associated Medical Software.

Must have reasonable availability with flexibility to be able to cover varying shifts as required.

Must be fluent and very clearly spoken in English, with a warm and professional phone manner

Strong customer service skills with an ability to work well under pressure

Exceptional typing skills, with grammatical and spelling accuracy.

A reliable, quick learner, who is well presentedand professional at all times

An excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

Preference will be given to applicants that reside in Campbelltown, or surrounding suburbs.
