About the Role

This isn't a desk-bound management role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, supporting people and delivering technology that keeps the business running.

You’ll take ownership of our technology environment, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable and fit for the future while identifying smarter ways to improve efficiency,



service and operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day management of the Group’s IT operations, infrastructure and technology services.

Provide hands-on technical leadership and support across the business.

Manage networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, backups and business continuity.

Support and optimise hospitality technologies including POS, membership, gaming, finance and workforce systems.

Deliver technology projects from planning through to implementation.

Drive automation, innovation and continuous improvement.

Partner with leaders to enhance operational performance and customer experiences.

Maintain IT security standards and disaster recovery processes.

About You

You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with rolling up your sleeves when needed.

You’ll bring:

5+ years' experience in an IT management, infrastructure or senior systems role.

Strong hands-on technical capability across networks, infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Experience leading cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

A track record delivering technology projects and driving business improvement.

A proactive, customer-first approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Experience within hospitality, clubs, gaming, hotels, retail or another fast-paced 24/7 workplace will be highly regarded.
