About the business:

HSN Property Group, together with its construction arm HSN Construction, is a premium high-end residential and commercial property developer and builder based in Sydney.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions

Perform bank, creditors, intercompany reconciliations

Assist in preparation of BAS

Cash flow monitoring and reporting

Liaising with external suppliers / contractors

Assist with audit requirements

General clerical duties, including responding to emails and answering phone calls

Ongoing bookkeeping and financial management activities

Supporting ad-hoc reporting

Skills & Experience:

Must be an Australian citizen / valid PR to apply for this position

This is an office-based role in Sydney; working from home is not available





Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Australia

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, and/or Commerce

Previous property and/or construction accounting experience in Australia (preferred)

High attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with Xero

Excellent communication and time management skills

Positive, proactive approach in a rapid-paced environment
