Job responsibilities

- Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.
- Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
- Perform focused reassessments and upscale concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
