JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil projects across Rockhampton and Yeppoon and is seeking motivated Civil Labourers to join our team. Role Overview

You will be supporting day-to-day civil construction activities across our project sites, assisting operators and trades while helping maintain safe and productive work environments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with general civil labouring duties across project sites
- Working alongside operators and trades to support construction activities
- Manual handling including lifting, digging, and site preparation




- Assisting with drainage, concreting, and roadworks where required
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
- Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to site schedules
- Complying with all Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
- Completing basic site paperwork as required

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in civil construction (preferred but not essential)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow direction
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
