We’re seeking professional and dependable cleaners to help prepare residential properties for new tenants and occupants.
You should be confident handling detailed move-out cleans, have a positive understanding of the standards expected when a property is being handed back, and be able to work efficiently on your own.
Your Responsibilities
As a Professional Move-Out Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
- Completing comprehensive move-out cleans to a high standard
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Cleaning cupboards, appliances and fitted storage
- Cleaning and sanitising doors, windows, frames and blinds
- Leaving each property clean, fresh and ready for its next occupants
Working Arrangements
- Part-time work with flexible assignments
- Cleaning jobs available locally as bookings are received
- Most assignments are approximately 4–8 hours
- Monday to Friday availability
- Additional weekend work regularly available
- Cleaning requirements and instructions supplied before each job
This position is offered on a part-time basis, with work offered according to available bookings.
Pay & Expenses
- £15 per hour
- £18 per completed job for bringing and using your own cleaning equipment and products
- Applicable travel time is paid
- Client parking expenses are covered, excluding situations where street parking is the only available option
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 2 years’ end-of-tenancy cleaning experience
- The ability to work independently and complete jobs to the required standard
- Strong attention to detail
- High personal standards when it comes to cleaning
- Their own cleaning equipment and products
- A reliable vehicle, as public transport is not suitable
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A reliable, honest and punctual work ethic
