Our Roofing Division at Loganholme is looking for an organised, solutions-focused Operations Coordinator (Scheduler) to join the team.
This role would suit someone with a background in roofing, carpentry, construction or trade coordination who enjoys keeping jobs moving, working with crews and solving day-to-day site challenges. If you understand how residential construction works and like being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd like to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and schedule roofing installations across multiple residential projects.
- Work closely with Site Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to keep jobs running on time.
- Allocate crews and resources to maximise productivity.
- Raise subcontractor contracts and organise material orders.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as site conditions change.
- Keep accurate records, job notes, photos and completion updates within our systems.
- Identify issues before they become problems and work with the team to find practical solutions.
- Support the Roofing team to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule.
About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in the construction industry and understands the importance of planning, communication and getting the job done right.
Ideally you’ll have
- Experience in roofing, carpentry, residential construction or a similar trade environment.
- The ability to read house plans and understand construction drawings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confidence working with trades, supervisors and builders.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn scheduling systems.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
- A focus on teamwork, accountability and delivering quality outcomes.
