Builders Discount Warehouse – Brendale QLD

Builders Discount Warehouse is Brisbane's trusted destination for kitchen, bathroom, and tile solutions — and we're growing. We're looking for a Kitchen Cabinetry Sales & Project Coordinator to join our Brendale team and take ownership of the full customer journey, from first enquiry through to completed installation.

This is a sales and coordination role, not a design role. You'll be the person who keeps multiple jobs moving at once — quoting accurately, processing paperwork, scheduling trades, and making sure customers always know what's happening and what to prepare for. We'll train you on our products, software, and processes. What we need you to bring is sharp attention to detail, genuine people skills, and the ability to stay on top of a busy pipeline without things slipping through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Handling inbound enquiries by phone, email, and walk-in — and following them through to sale
- Guiding customers through our product range and booking site measure appointments
- Producing accurate quotes and creating basic kitchen designs using our software
- Converting quotes to invoices and managing all associated paperwork
- Coordinating the full installation pipeline — delivery, cabinetry install, stone templating, stone install, and splashback
- Liaising with our installation team and suppliers to keep all dates on track
- Keeping customers informed and confident at every stage




- Maintaining accurate records across our CRM and each customer's digital file

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Exceptional attention to detail — errors at quoting and processing stage have real downstream consequences
- Ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously at different stages of the pipeline
- Resilience to interruption — phones and walk-ins are constant, and you'll need to context-switch without losing accuracy
- Warm, professional communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Fast learner who picks up current software and processes quickly
- Self-organised, proactive, and accountable

PREFERRED (not essential):

- Experience in kitchen sales, building products retail, or trade supply
- Familiarity with the kitchen renovation or construction process
- Experience coordinating trades or suppliers in a scheduling-sensitive environment

No design background required — though for the right person, training in this area is absolutely on the table.
