Liberty Community Connect is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to lead group social activities for seniors in the Gold Coast region. The role includes planning engaging activities at the Nerang centre and organising community-based excursions using our transport vehicles.

You will work with a lively, supportive team and must hold relevant certificates, a current First Aid/CPR, and an unrestricted driver’s license.
