The Role

As a Curfew Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction activities during night shift curfew windows.

You'll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements while maintaining program certainty and quality outcomes.

This role requires strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and activities within tight delivery timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising site activities during curfew shifts with strict operational timeframes





- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in compliance with site procedures and project requirements.

- Monitoring progress against the construction program and coordinating trades to ensure works are completed within the curfew window.

- Managing subcontractors on site and ensuring works are delivered to the required quality standards.

- Communicating and coordinating with the Project Manager and site team on priorities, issues, and upcoming works.

- Daily site administration duties, issuing site instructions, maintaining a detailed daily site diary, staying informed through emails and issuing project correspondence as required to trade contractors and consultants.

- Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders to ensure a long-standing relationship is maintained.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience

- Trade qualification within the construction industry

- Previous experience supervising commercial construction projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organisational, planning and time management abilities

- Strong understanding of site safety requirements

- Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success
