Working for Ventis you must have full Australian working rights & a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
What You’ll Do:
As a Ventis-trained Field Technician, you’ll be the face of our service and installation team. Your responsibilities will include:
Changing Filters: Ensure our systems continue to provide fresh, filtered air by regularly replacing filters in customers' homes.
Installing New Systems: Set up brand-new Ventis ventilation systems, bringing healthier air to current homes and businesses.
Replacing & Upgrading Systems: Handle upgrades and replacements for existing systems, ensuring top performance for our clients.
Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot any issues to keep systems running smoothly.
Working at Heights & in Roof Spaces: Occasionally access roof cavities and work at heights in line with safety procedures.
Work on the Go: Enjoy the freedom of working independently in various locations, including monthly travel to Newcastle and Canberra (One to Three nights is mandatory).
About You:
Hands‑On Experience: Previous experience in a hands‑on role,
whether in trades, construction, or maintenance, is highly valued.
Technical Aptitude: You’re comfortable working with tools and enjoy solving technical problems on the job.
Customer‑Focused: You excel at building relationships and delivering excellent service, ensuring every customer is satisfied.
Independent & Resourceful: You’re a self‑starter who can work autonomously while maintaining high standards.
Problem Solver: You enjoy troubleshooting and getting the job done right, even when faced with challenges.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence
Comfortable working in tight or restrictive spaces, at heights, and handling up to 15kg
