Their Dalby warehouse is a significant operation supporting cotton storage, handling, logistics and export supply. It plays a key role in the broader cotton network, working closely with gin operations, commercial planning, transport, export and biosecurity stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Cotton Operations, this role leads warehouse performance across safety, workforce planning, inventory, logistics, biosecurity, cost control and budget delivery. It suits a practical leader who can earn trust on the floor and use data to manage seasonal demand.

Duties
- Lead warehouse safety, productivity and operational accountability
- Manage labour planning, seasonal workforce needs and team performance
- Drive inventory accuracy, SAP scheduling and documentation discipline
- Coordinate logistics, transport, container movements and export flow
- Deliver budget outcomes through labour, equipment and cost control
Skills & experience
- Senior warehousing, logistics or supply chain leadership experience
- Experience managing Leading Hands, operators and seasonal labour
- SAP or similar ERP/WMS capability for planning and reporting
- Valid driver’s licence and forklift licence
- Strong commercial discipline across budgets, labour and equipment use
