Entry Level Digital Marketing Receptionist/Assistant

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Administration Assistant to help run the day-to-day administrative operations and office management of the business. Your role will consist of, but not be limited to the following:

Office Management & Administrative Responsibilities:

- Manning phone lines, managing reception, and taking messages for the team.
- Assisting management and the broader team with daily tasks where required.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems.
- Keeping the office up-to-date, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Stocking the office with food supplies and drinks.
- Managing staff birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
- Organising meetings and maintaining the office database.
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems.




- Acting as the primary point of contact for mailing, maintenance, office supplies, bills, and errands.

You will also have the following experience:

- Ability to meet all deadlines and multitask efficiently.
- High standard of attention to detail.
- Highly organised & punctual.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to keeping the office tidy and functional.
- Have the right attitude towards working in a high-performance yet vibrant office culture.
