Power Control and Communications is NSW’s leading Electrical Services and Electrical Engineering business. We deliver a full suite of electrical services — including design, project services, project management, design and construct, maintenance, shutdown services, renewables, upgrades and system integration.

With long term contracts in projects and maintenance work and, our continued expansion into the Hunter Region, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team.

The Role

Reporting to management and working closely with our project and maintenance teams, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure safety, quality and progress meet PCC’s standards
- Providing hands-on leadership and guidance to field teams
- Liaising effectively between clients and management




- Monitoring workmanship quality and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company metrics

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

- Experience in a supervisory role within project delivery or maintenance environments
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to lead, mentor and integrate within a team
