JC Hire & Earthworks is expanding our high-quality traffic-control team for commercial construction work across the Greater Brisbane region. Our upcoming commercial construction project is expected to commence in September 2026, with earlier opportunities potentially becoming available.
Due to the scale and operational demands of the project, we are recruiting in advance to carefully select, onboard and prepare our traffic-control team before the site becomes fully operational. This is an opportunity to join JC Hire early, become familiar with our standards and systems, and be ready to commence as the project progresses.

ABOUT THE UPCOMING PROJECT
The project will operate within a busy commercial construction environment involving tower-crane operations, frequent precast deliveries and a high volume of truck and plant movements along a busy council‑controlled road.
We are seeking a combination of experienced Traffic Controllers, TMIs and Ute Drivers, together with motivated newer Traffic Controllers who are ready to learn and develop under guidance.
