FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Logistics Material Controller based in Glendenning. July commencement for a 12 month opportunity.

Monday-Friday $40.56ph
7.30am-3.30pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Material Controller will be a part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results.

Your contribution to the team includes:

- Inbound phone calls (both general line and for customer delivery/return bookings)
- Slot Manager and schedueling responsibilities (booking in couriers and customers inbound/outbound)
- Schedule trucking transport
- Purchase Orders
- Ad Hoc follow ups (invoicing/accounts)
- Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
- Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts

About You





- Full working rights
- Ideally logistics knowledge including transport scheduling.
- Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong work ethics, open and reliable
- Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
