Blue Ribbon Stockfeeds is currently seeking an experienced Mill Worker for ongoing work based in Rockhampton Queensland. Blue Ribbon Stockfeeds is a manufacturer of stockfeed and other agricultural supplements, it provides services for the majority of livestock food producers in Central Queensland.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Pellet press and Mill operation
- operate a bagging machine that fills pellets into bags
- Maintaining a daily focus on health and safety
- Following all work instructions, policies and procedures
- Wash down of equipment and machinery
- Various manual handling duties
- General cleaning of the workplace
The key requirements of this role include:
- Must have minimum 2 years Forklift Experience
- The ability to lift up to 20kg
- Have sound English communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, both written and verbal to complete production sheets
- A robust safety focus
- Current resume with two recent and contactable work references
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport
