The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking:

- A fully licensed Air Conditioning Tradesperson (full-time position, immediate start available)
- 3rd and 4th Year Apprentices

Skills & Attributes (Tradesperson)

- Strong experience in air conditioning installations, servicing, and fault finding
- Confidence working on VRF/VRV systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional communication and customer-focused approach

Apprentice Requirements

- Currently undertaking (or looking to commence) a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprenticeship
- Solid willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team

Tradesperson Requirements

- Refrigeration Handling Licence
- Valid ARCtick Licence
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
