As they continue to grow, they are looking for a commercially mindedSenior Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and help drive strategic decision making across the business.

The Opportunity:

This is not your typical finance role. We are seeking astrategic finance leader someone who looks beyond compliance and reporting, and instead uses the numbers to uncover opportunity, improve performance, and guide business growth.

You will take full responsibility for theday-to-day finance operations, while acting as a trusted partner to the owners and leadership team. Your insights will directly influence key decisions across projects, investments, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Own and manage Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and overall financial performance
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

Commercial Insight & Growth

- Provide commercial analysis to support profitability and business growth
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within projects and operations
- Support pricing, margin optimisation, and cost control strategies

Cashflow, Funding & Banking

- Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital
- Oversee funding arrangements and maintain banking relationships
- Ensure capital is deployed effectively to support growth

Governance, Reporting & Compliance

- Oversee financial reporting, compliance,



and governance frameworks
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data
- Manage external accountants, auditors, and advisors

Strategic Partnership

- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on key initiatives
- Contribute to business planning, expansion strategies, and decision-making
- Support building development activities, including feasibility analysis and due diligence

Systems, Automation & Process Improvement

- Drive system improvements and financial process efficiencies
- Implement automation and scalable reporting systems
- Improve visibility and real-time insights across the business

Capital & Development Support

- Assist in development feasibility, financial modelling, and investment analysis
- Support capital raising activities and stakeholder reporting

About You:

- You’re more than an accountant you’re a commercially minded finance leader.
- Proven experience in asenior finance role(Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager / CFO-level exposure)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence business decisions
- Experience inconstruction, property, or developmenthighly regarded
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into insights
- Hands on leadership style with a strategic mindset
- Robust systems and process improvement capability
- Excellent communication skills able to partner with non-financial stakeholders
