About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator to join a high-performing automotive team.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery and handover process for new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. You will work closely with the sales team to coordinate vehicle preparation, registrations, accessories,



and delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicle deliveries from point of sale through to customer handover

- Ensure vehicles are prepared, accessorised, and registered in line with customer requirements

- Maintain accurate and timely delivery administration and documentation

- Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery scheduling and workflow

- Manage delivery timelines to maintain an even and efficient delivery spread

- Deliver a high-quality handover experience that exceeds customer expectations

About You

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery coordination role within the automotive industry

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- High attention to detail and strong customer focus

- Full Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record

- Professional presentation and positive attitude
