This rare opportunity has arisen for a professional career orientated Corporate Services Manager, to support and work with the Chief Administration Officer and Board, at this industry representative organisation.

Confidential by nature with maturity, you pride yourself on excellent presentation and are discrete, friendly, task driven and have excellent attention to detail. A completer, with initiative, superb communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and you deliver to deadlines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- High level administrative and project support for the Chief Administration Officer/CEO
- Preparation, drafting and collation of Board papers and Minutes using Diligent
- Organise, attend and minute take, as appropriate, at numerous board and committee meetings
- Preparation of quality presentations and documentation using MS Suite
- Managing a professional standard of corporate communications
- Proofreading documents for grammar, content and accuracy, excellent written ability required




- Office supervision leading a small team, policy administration and travel arrangements

7am onsite start, to be available to ensure deadlines are met

You will need:

- Excellent English language and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, and board software/ideally Diligent
- A relevant Ba degree or qualifications, ie Business Administration/Commerce or similar
- 5-10 years experience supporting Senior Executives in a corporate/qualified environment
- To be committed, have the drive to succeed and high work standards
