WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the doors
- Connecting with customers confidently, understanding what they need and helping make every interaction seamless, fast and memorable
- Bringing energy to the shop floor and contributing to a team culture that’s positive, supportive and high-performing
- Keeping the store looking fresh, organised and always ready for what’s next
- Working confidently with in-store technology and adapting quickly in a fast-moving retail environment
- Supporting the day-to-day rhythm of the store and helping maintain an exciting, high-energy customer experience every single day

- A confident, positive attitude and a genuine love of people, fashion and customer experience
- Someone who brings initiative, energy and thrives when things get busy




- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with all kinds of customers
- A team player who’s adaptable, reliable and ready to jump in where needed
- Someone who’s quick to learn, tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail experience is a bonus, but personality, confidence and attitude matter most
