Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Yatala specialising in high-quality products for the construction industry. With a commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency, they're looking for motivated individuals to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced, medium-to-high-risk environment where safety and teamwork are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete a drug and alcohol test prior to employment and adhere to the site's strict zero-tolerance policy
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow strict PPE requirements, including long pants, long shirts, steel-capped boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and hearing protection at all times
- Perform manual and repetitive tasks that are time-critical to plant operations, meeting production targets and KPIs safely and reliably
- Safely operate forklifts (2.5T or greater) and assist in transporting materials across the site
- Collaborate with the team and rotate tasks as required to maintain efficiency and safety

Qualifications and Skills

- Forklift licence mandatory, with proven experience operating forklifts 2.5T or larger




- Strong work ethic, with the ability to stay focused in a medium-to-high-risk environment
- Physically fit, with the ability to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual, with strong communication skills for team collaboration

Shift Details

- 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Day shift: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Afternoon shift: 3:50 pm - 2:00 am
- Day shifts on Saturdays (approximately every second weekend)
- 100% attendance expected outside of approved leave or sickness (medical certificate required)
