In this role, you'll:

The role focuses on shaping ServiceNow demand pipeline and enabling effective delivery across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear and structured requirements, and ensure work is prioritised, well-defined, and ready for delivery.

It requires solid analytical skills, with the ability to assess impacts across the ServiceNow platform, including integrations, data structures and existing processes. You will support the alignment of solutions to platform standards by working closely with technical resources in the team. This includes ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and avoid unnecessary complexity.

In addition, the role demands effective collaboration and delivery support capability, to work across internal teams and external vendors, provide clarity to reduce ambiguity and rework, and support delivery activities such as planning, validation,



and stakeholder communication. You will identify risks and dependencies early, support decision-making, and maintain a focus on quality and value throughout delivery.

You are proactive in identifying risks, challenging assumptions, and ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and sustainable. You are also comfortable working with vendors and delivery partners, ensuring expectations are well-defined and outcomes align with agreed standards.
