Sunshine Coast | Full Time | $75,000 - $85,000 + Super

We're on the hunt for a bloody good Venue Manager. Someone who loves the buzz of service, knows how to lead a team, jumps in when needed, and genuinely cares about creating a cracking experience for every customer who walks through the door.

We're a busy bakery café serving fresh bread, pastries, specialty coffee, and a breakfast and lunch menu we're proud of. Quality matters to us, but so do good people, good vibes, and building something that lasts.

You'll work side by side with the owners, have a real say in how we do things, and help grow the business as we continue to evolve.

What you'll be doing

- Managing daily front of house operations

- Leading, mentoring and motivating the team

- Creating a culture where people actually enjoy coming to work

- Delivering a consistently great customer experience

- Rostering, training & labour tracking

- Working closely with the kitchen and bakery teams to keep service flowing

- Keeping standards high across service, presentation and cleanliness

- Ordering and managing stock

- Looking for ways to improve the business and help us keep growing

About you

You're the sort of person who leads from the front. You stay calm when it's busy, know how to get the best out of your team, and understand that hospitality is all about people.

You'll ideally have:





- A hospo background & experience managing a busy venue

- Genuine passion for specialty coffee and high standards for coffee quality

- Confidence in barista workflow and machine troubleshooting

- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confidence managing people, rosters and daily operations

- A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll your sleeves up

- A long-term mindset, with the ambition to help shape and grow the business
