MDP2 Total Indicative Remuneration: AU$99,707 – AU$158,523 per annum, plus penalties
An exciting opportunity is available for Emergency Medicine Registrars to join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN), with positions available across Mount Barker District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Gawler Health Service and the Southern Fleurieu Health Service (Victor Harbor Hospital).
Whether you are already enrolled in Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) training or are looking to commence your Emergency Medicine career within an accredited training network, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain broad clinical experience in supportive regional Emergency Departments with excellent consultant supervision and structured education.
The Role Working within a collaborative team of experienced Emergency Physicians, senior medical staff and multidisciplinary clinicians, you will develop your Emergency Medicine skills across a diverse range of presentations, including adult and paediatric emergencies, trauma, acute medical and surgical conditions, and resuscitation.
These positions offer excellent clinical exposure, increasing responsibility and strong educational support throughout your Emergency Medicine training.
Mount Barker District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital
- Mixed Emergency Department
- Approximately 35,000 presentations annually
- ACEM accredited for 12 months of Emergency Department training
- Accredited for the ACEM Paediatric Logbook

- Approximately 19,000 presentations annually
- Located in one of South Australia's premier coastal regions
- Seeking ACEM accreditation from February 2027
