Qualifications & experience

- Previous Night Reception Experience
- Previous Travel Experience is Preferred
- More then 1 year experience in a customer based role

Tasks & responsibilities

- Working in a team
- Answering phones and email's
- Checking guests In and Out
- Liaising with other staff departments through out the day
- Make, Cancel or Amend Bookings
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the front office
- Watching all closed common areas overnight
- Enforcing quiet time policy from 10PM
- Big, young and welcoming team
