MadisonAV in Parramatta is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Officer to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, provide expert advice on AV products and solutions, and prepare detailed quotations.

You will upsell to build invoices, lead outbound sales, support External Account Managers with quotations and stock enquiries, and nurture trusted relationships with integrators, end users and consultants.
