Property Compliance Australia (PCA Smoke Alarms) is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Canberra.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time role, three consistent days per week. Your schedule is agreed upfront and stays stable, giving you the continuity that strong relationships are built on.

You’ll report directly to our Head of Growth and join a high-performing, supportive team. The territory covers Canberra and surrounds, and a company vehicle with fuel is provided.

This role is ideal for an experienced Property Management BDM,



or a consultative sales professional with a track record in B2B relationship building.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across Canberra
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with property managers and agency principals
- Conducting face-to-face meetings, outreach, and proactive follow-up across your territory
- Educating clients on smoke alarm compliance obligations and legislative requirements
- Retaining and growing existing accounts
