We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS service provider with clinics in Melbourne's north and east, who are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team.

While the wider allied health team support NDIS clients across the full life span, this role will have a Paeds / early intervention focus. You can choose to be based in Bundoora or Blackburn with either a mix of in clinic / community, or you can be exclusively clinic based. A motor vehicle allowance is also provided for community visits, and both options also provide WFH days.

Key areas of the role are

- Working collaboratively with a team of OT's, Speechies and AHA's to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants
- Visiting clients in clinic, at home, at school or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person centred, evidence-based clinical care.




- Actively participate in career development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities

While they have been in operation for almost 10 years and have 16 OTs across 2 sites, they have recently expanded into Speech Pathology with the recruitment of an experienced Speech Leader. They are now looking for mid-career Speechies (minimum of 18 months Paeds experience) who may be ready to step up into a Senior role next year and start to support and mentor early career clinicians alongside the clinical lead.

You’ll receive outstanding support and mentoring, with billables lower than market average to allow you to focus on your learning and development and still earn great bonuses monthly.
