As our inaugural General Manager, Enterprise AI Office, you will establish and lead UnitingCare’s enterprise AI function, driving innovation, responsible adoption and strategic investment in AI. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we work, empowering our workforce and delivering measurable value for the communities we serve.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
- Provide enterprise-wide leadership for innovation, artificial intelligence, valuerealisationand emergingtechnology opportunities acrossUnitingCare.
- Develop and executeUnitingCare’senterprise innovation and artificial intelligence strategy aligned toorganisationalpriorities, service deliveryobjectivesand long-term sustainability.
- Establish responsible AI governance, frameworks,policiesand assurance arrangements that support safe,ethicaland sustainable adoption.
- Lead enterprise approaches to AI investment, portfolioprioritisation, experimentation, pilots, proofs of value and measurable valuerealisation.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, industrybodiesand external collaborators to accelerateorganisationalinnovation capability.
- Influence senior leaders across health,communityand aged care services to strengthen capability, adoption and confidence in innovation and responsible AI.
What makes a difference for us?
- Executive or senior leadership experience in innovation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, emergingtechnologyor enterprise portfolio/valuerealisationenvironments.
- Demonstrated ability to shape strategy, influence investmentdecisionsand deliver measurableorganisationalvalue through innovation,AIor technology-enabled transformation.
- Strong governance capability, including the ability to balance opportunity, risk, ethics,assuranceand responsible adoption in a complex operating environment.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders,
Boards or senior decision-makers and bring diverse business units on a transformation journey.
- Experience building external partnerships andleveragingecosystems to access emerging capability, funding pathways,expertiseand innovation outcomes.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policy, including Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia and Insolvency Check.Additionalchecks may apply depending on final role requirements.
