About the Role

Clinic Manager (Retail), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, lead and inspire the team, manage customer experiences, and ensure the clinic consistently meets its sales and service targets. You’ll work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-desk staff and therapists
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across every client interaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective team management
- Manage rosters, scheduling, stock control, and supply chain processes
- Conduct staff performance reviews and manage ongoing development
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment in line with brand standards
- Oversee promotional campaigns, local marketing initiatives,



and customer retention strategies
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
- Deliver qualified, results-driven beauty, body and skin treatments tailored to each client
- Uphold exceptional hygiene, safety, and clinical treatment standards at all times
- Build lasting client relationships through trust, care, and consistent results
- Contribute to a supportive, positive team environment and clinic culture

About You

- Qualified Beauty Therapist (Cert IV or equivalent)
- Confident in body and / or skin treatments
- Skilled, reliable, and well-presented
- Passionate about client results and experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
