At Culligan Australia, we're passionate about improving people's lives through better water. Culligan is a global leader in sustainable water solutions and our products help people stay hydrated, healthy and productive every day across workplaces, healthcare, manufacturing and education.
Alongside Culligan, our Purezza Premium Water brand is redefining premium hospitality water experiences across Australia. Found in the world's leading hotels, restaurants and venues, Purezza helps businesses move away from single-use plastic while delivering a premium guest experience.
We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Manager to help grow two market-leading brands across Australia. This role combines strategic brand management with integrated marketing, helping to strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement and support commercial growth across both brands.
About the role
As Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and strengthening the Culligan and Purezza brands across Australia. From integrated marketing campaigns and product launches to partnerships, events and content, you'll create engaging brand experiences that build customer connection, enhance brand awareness and support commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience and Operations, you'll help shape and deliver brand initiatives that strengthen our market presence and create value for both our customers and the business.
If you're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to bring ideas to life, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact across two growing and respected brands.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that strengthen the Culligan and Purezza brands, drive customer engagement and support commercial growth.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches and content initiatives, creating compelling customer experiences across digital,
social and traditional channels.
Leverage customer, market and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities, optimise campaign performance and enhance brand positioning.
Build brand presence and consistency through partnerships, events, sponsorships, agency management and collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring every customer and employee touchpoint reflects our brands.
You'll bring:
Experience in brand, marketing or communications, with a track record of developing and delivering brand plans, integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to translate business objectives, customer insights and market trends into effective marketing outcomes.
Excellent communication, content creation and storytelling skills, including experience developing engaging content across digital and social channels.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively with agencies and external partners, and independently deliver initiatives from concept to execution.
Experience with video creation, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools will be highly regarded.
As part of the global Culligan Group, you'll join an organisation with more than 90 years of expertise in sustainable water solutions, operating in over 90 countries. Backed by a globally recognised brand, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing Australian business while collaborating with international teams.
This is an opportunity to work across two respected brands, influence how they're positioned in the market and contribute to meaningful commercial outcomes while working alongside an experienced and cooperative leadership team.
Most importantly, you'll be helping organisations and venues reduce single-use plastic while delivering sustainable water solutions that make a genuine difference.
Ready to make an impact?
