About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our small warehouse team (4-5 people), ensuring productivity, quality and safety remain at the highest standard. You'll be a hands-on leader, leading by example on the floor while helping to coordinate workflow, support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll divide your time between hands-on warehouse duties and supporting the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse team
- Coordinating daily workflow to ensure materials are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
- Coordinating the receiving, unloading and organising incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory and participating in stock control activities
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conducting toolbox talks/pre-starts, performance conversations and on the job coaching
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and quality
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
We operate a high-dollar-value project workflow, picking kits of 1000+ components.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering great results.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse workplace (essential)
- Experience leading, supervising and mentoring a small team
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- A proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Confidence using warehouse systems and basic computer skills
