The Opportunity

Reporting to an Employee Relations Consultant, you'lljoin a specialist Employee Relations team whereyou'llown a broad range of workplace matters while learning from experienced consultants on more complex cases. Offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, structureddevelopmentand ongoing mentorship, this is an exceptional opportunity to build your Employee Relationsexpertisewithin a collaborative, high-performing team. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Providingpractical Employee Relations advice to managers, HR BusinessPartnersand People & Culture teams.
- Managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), probation matters and voluntary terminations.
- Interpreting employment policies and preparing employment documentation.
- Preparing transfer letters, redundancydocumentationand other employment-related correspondence.
- Supporting managers through day-to-day Employee Relations matters across the employee lifecycle.
- Partnering with Employee Relations Consultants on investigations, grievances,



misconduct matters, disciplinaryprocessesand other complex Employee Relations cases.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders while delivering commercially balanced Employee Relations advice.

About You

Ourclientisopen to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Employee Relations, HR Advisory, HRGeneralistor employment law.

- Experience managing or supporting Employee Relations matters within a corporate environment
- A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and workplace practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build credibility with a broad range of stakeholders
- A proactive,resilientand solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

Experience withinProfessional/FinancialServicesor anothercomplex, fastpaced, high-performingenvironment will beadvantageous, howeverwe'reequally interested in candidates who candemonstrateadaptability, commercialjudgementand a passion for Employee Relations.

The Process

The process will consist ofan initialmeeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by two rounds of interviews with senior leaders and psychometric testing as part of the selection process.
