OMODA JAECOO SPRINGWOOD is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership located in Slacks Creek. To ensure our customers receive their new vehicles on time and in flawless condition, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive PDI Controller to manage our new vehicle preparation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily workflow of PDI Technicians and PD Detailers to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Liaise seamlessly between the Sales department and the Service workshop regarding vehicle readiness.
- Manage the systematic logging and tracking of all stock cars from arrival to final handover.
- Oversee and schedule the installation of vehicle accessories and component replacements.
- Ensure all Pre-Delivery Details and paperwork are accurately recorded in the dealership management system.
- Act as the final quality control checkpoint before vehicle delivery.
Requirements (Essential):
- Experience: Previous experience as a PDI Controller, Workshop Controller, or Service Advisor within a dealership setting.
- Work Rights: Valid visa with full work rights in Australia (Citizen, PR, or equivalent).
- Driver’s License: Current and valid Driver’s License.
- TITAN DMS experiences preferable but not mandatory
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to systematically track multiple vehicle statuses.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage team workflow and sales expectations.
