Regional Health & Mobility, Central Queensland's leading provider of health, mobility and home healthcare solutions, is seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Medical Oxygen Coordinator to join our Rockhampton team.
This is a rewarding role that combines customer service, administration, and the delivery and setup of medical oxygen and healthcare equipment within the community.
About Regional Health & Mobility
We are a family-friendly, community-based organisation dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. With four Independent Living stores and multiple pharmacy locations across Central Queensland, our team works collaboratively to provide quality healthcare solutions and exceptional customer service.
The Medical Oxygen service, offered through our Regional Health & Mobility division, focuses on the supply, delivery and ongoing support of oxygen therapy equipment and services to clients across Rockhampton and Central Queensland.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on position that combines office-based customer service and administration with delivery and client support responsibilities.
Hours
Monday to Friday, with participation in an after-hours on-call roster as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the administrative process for sales, quotations, customer orders and enquiries for all Air Liquide Medical Oxygen products and services
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Deliver and set up oxygen equipment and healthcare products for clients
Manage customer enquiries and maintain accurate records
Liaise with courier companies and healthcare providers
Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock ordering
Prepare, pack, and organise stock for delivery
Provide product education and ongoing support to customers in their homes
Service oxygen concentrators and regulators (full training provided)
Participate in an on-call roster
Promote and support Air Liquide Medical Oxygen products and services within the region
Occasionally assist with general store operations and other ad hoc duties as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Current and valid Australian Driver Licence
Strong computer and smart device literacy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to safely lift, carry and transport medical oxygen cylinders and healthcare equipment as part of daily duties
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable work ethic
A National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain both)
Desirable but Not Essential
Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, pharmacy, medical equipment, or delivery roles
Knowledge of the healthcare or home medical equipment industry
Experience working with inventory management systems
