Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Deception Bay North, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that caresfor children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

- a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- previous experience as an Educational Leader
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
- effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities

- Responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of studio programs across the entire campus.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Oversee and role model the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.




- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.
