You are a qualified, experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is:

- Naturally talented and passionate about early childhood education
- Skilled at building strong, team-oriented relationships with families and your team
- Able to create an unhurried, peaceful classroom “vibe” filled with positive energy
- A confident communicator who engages openly with families
- Inspired by creating beautiful, engaging learning environments that spark curiosity
- Competent in documentation and managing the operational aspects of the role

Selection Criteria:





- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification
- Current CPR, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Completed and current Child Protection Training
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework, and the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Availability Monday to Friday
- Ability to work open and close shifts as required
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
