About theRole

Are you someone who loves bringing order to complexity and using data to drive better decisions?

We’re looking for aPlant Coordinatorto take ownership of our fleet management system and become the central point for maintaining accurate plant and equipment information across our growing business.

This isn’t your typical administration role. Based in Brisbane, you’ll work closely with our Plant & Asset Manager to reconcile data, improve processes, support project planning and ensure our fleet information is accurate, reliable and ready to support operational decisions.

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by

- Own and maintain our Fleet Maintenance System (TheFleet Office), ensuring plant and equipment records remain accurate and up to date.




- Reconcile, consolidate and validate fleet and asset data across multiple business entities.
- Coordinate plant mobilisation, demobilisation, on and off-hire activities and equipment records.
- Support project teams with accurate fleet information to improve planning and asset visibility.
- Assist with supplier coordination, insurance documentation and fleet compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with finance, operations and project stakeholders to continuously improve fleet data and reporting.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

- Experience in a plant, fleet, equipment or asset coordination role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills with confidence working across large datasets.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to investigate, reconcile and solve data issues.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
