Responsibilities of the role:

- Help children feel safe, included, confident & heard
- Bring your creativity, energy & personality to the program
- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Make a real difference while having fun at work
- Help create a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels supported and protected
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is ideal.
- Working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in your relevant state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (Desirable)
- National Child Safety Training Certificate via Gecko.
- Required Mandatory reporting & Food Safety certificates in your relevant state
- Availability requirements: 6:30am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm & Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays.
