Receptionist / Beauty Therapist (Digital Media Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and motivated Receptionist / Beauty Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.
- Perform beauty treatments to a high standard (where qualified).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
- Process payments and manage daily administrative tasks.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
- Assist with digital marketing,



promotions, and online client engagement.

Requirements:

- Experience as a receptionist and/or qualified beauty therapist.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or Canva is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
