We're seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join a well-established residential builder delivering high-quality Class 2 developments across NSW.
This is a diverse role that combines quality administration, document control and site clerk responsibilities, making you an integral member of the project delivery team. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you'll ensure project documentation, quality records and site administration are managed accurately and efficiently throughout the construction lifecycle.

About the Role
As the Quality Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by maintaining quality documentation, coordinating site clerk duties and ensuring project records are accurate, compliant and up to date.
This role is primarily based in Gosford, with occasional travel to project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project quality documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately throughout all stages of construction.
- Maintain document control systems, including drawings, RFIs, inspections, checklists, NCRs, defects, variations and project correspondence.
- Coordinate quality inspections, hold points, testing records and project compliance documentation.
- Support the delivery team by ensuring documentation is completed, reviewed and filed in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist Site Managers with day-to-day site clerk responsibilities, reporting and project coordination.
- Track and maintain documentation relating to key construction activities, including concrete pours, waterproofing, structural works, services,
façade installation and project handover.
- Monitor outstanding quality items and assist the project team to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to obtain and manage project documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports and general project administration.
- Support project handovers by ensuring all quality documentation is complete and compliant.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Quality Administrator, Document Controller, Site Clerk or similar within the construction industry.
- Experience working on Class 2 residential projects.
- A solid understanding of residential construction processes.
- Experience managing quality documentation and supporting construction quality systems.
- Strong document control and project administration skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction document management platforms.
Desirable
- Experience using Procore, Aconex, SharePoint or similar document management systems.
- Knowledge of NSW residential construction standards and compliance requirements.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between project sites when required.
