We're looking for a motivated Pool & Spa Technician to join our growing team and uphold our reputation for quality. The Role: As a Pool & Spa Technician, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular pool and spa maintenance (cleaning, brushing, vacuuming).
- Performing detailed water analysis and chemical balancing.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues (pumps, filters, chlorinators).
- Performing minor repairs and assisting with new equipment installations.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and providing expert advice.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn a trade.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid and clean driver's license is essential.
- Previous experience in the pool industry is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
