You are CONFIDENT and experienced in Real Estate.

Your EXPERIENCE allows you to work autonomously, meeting deadlines and achieving KPI’s.

You have a CUSTOMER CENTRIC focus, and you will build an ongoing relationship with our clients and team.

You LOVE a challenge and a hands-on role; you are passionate about achieving results and take great pride in your work.





You are a great TEAM PLAYER who will contribute and share in the positive direction of the team's vision.

You can think OUTSIDE THE BOX and are SOLUTION-DRIVEN.

Your experience in the field will include:

A current real estate certificate of registration or licence

Previous experience communicating with landlords, tenants, trades & suppliers

Use of PropertyME software

Management of arrears and maintenance in an efficient manner

Ingoing, routine and Outgoing report preparation

Tribunal preparation and appearance

Experience in leasing and current business

Car, drivers licence and your own vehicle
