A Proven Pathway to Success

We're now recruiting for the next intake of our highly successful Property Management Pathways Program.

Over the past two years, we've welcomed a number of people with little or no real estate experience into the program. Today, those team members have built rewarding careers within our Property Management division, including:

- Three Leasing Consultants
- Two Property Management Assistants
- One Relationship Manager now successfully managing their own portfolio

Our Pathways Program has become one of the most successful ways to launch a long-term career in real estate, and we're excited to welcome our next group of future property professionals.

What does the role look like?

Our Pathways Program is designed to give you everything you need to build a successful career in Property Management.

While working full-time, you'll complete your Real Estate Registration and receive structured training, mentoring and hands‑on experience alongside some of Canberra's most experienced Property Managers and Leasing Consultants.

You’ll gain exposure to every stage of the property management journey, learning from industry leaders who are genuinely invested in your success.

Beginning from the ground up, our comprehensive program provides the skills,



confidence and practical experience needed to launch your career.

This intake is specifically focused on individuals who are passionate about building a career in Property Management and Leasing.

Employment Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Location: Belconnen/Tuggeranong
