The Role
- List and sell premium brokerage and new yachts
- Build and maintain relationships with yacht owners, buyers, and industry partners
- Conduct vessel inspections and appraisals
- Manage enquiries and sales opportunities through our CRM system
- Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to settlement and handover
- Attend boat shows, events, and networking opportunities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, marine, automotive, property, or high-value asset sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and desire to succeed
- Professional presentation and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
- A genuine interest in boating and the marine lifestyle
