Sprout Architects are a well established architectural firm based at Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast. Our work is wide-ranging and includes residential housing, multi unit and commercial projects of all scales and complexities. We are seeking an experienced Architect and Architectural Technician to join our friendly team to be based full time in our office.
Experience
- Absolute competency in the ArchiCAD platform
- Sound knowledge of the BCA and Australian Standards relevant to our industry
- Detailed construction knowledge
Key Duties
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate working drawing documentation suitable for building certification, tender and construction
- Ability to develop concept design and progress a project
- Have an enthusiastic demeanour, a can do attitude and be able to meet realistic deadlines
- Produce architectural renders, 3D models and presentation style documentation suitable for marketing purposes
- Ability to work independently and to liaise directly with consultants and clients
