About the role…

This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity with meaningful customer connections in a hybrid Content Coordinator & Bridal Stylist role. Working closely with our Marketing team, you'll bring our brand to life through creative content and day-to-day marketing support, while also creating unforgettable experiences for brides as they find the dress they'll wear on one of the most memorable days of their lives.

Key responsibilities...

Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content.

Coordinate content shoots with creators, photographers, models and other partners when required.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages across social platforms.

Source real bride content, testimonials and user-generated content for marketing campaigns.

Act as the link between the showroom and Marketing team, sharing insights and identifying opportunities.

Coordinate gown and accessory loans for marketing activities, ensuring accurate tracking and returns.

Provide general marketing support across campaigns, content,



events and other business initiatives.

Deliver exceptional bridal appointments, guiding brides to find their dream gown.

Build genuine relationships with brides while achieving individual and showroom sales targets.

Support the wider showroom team with appointments, styling and daily operations.

About you...

We're looking for a creative and organised individual with 1-2 years' experience in a coordinator or assistant role within marketing, social media or content creation. You'll have a keen eye for creating engaging content, confidence capturing and editing photo and video, and enjoy working collaboratively with both our Marketing and showroom teams. A passion for fashion, bridal or retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences will set you apart.
